- Lish earned a BS in Physiology from Michigan State University and a MS in Molecular Biology from Eastern Michigan University. Since that time he has had a wide variety of jobs in his professional(mwaha) career spanning microbiology, pathology, animal surgery, developmental biology, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, cardiovascular biology, immunology, dermatology and molecular biology. He also likes to finish sandwiches and sentences.
